Do you guys like tea.kuz its really good 4 u.u guys shuld drink it a lot. because it has many concentrated antioxidants in it,including flavanoids and polyphenols that fight off free radicals in the bloodstream. It also has many anti aging properties, and can give you energy by naturally boosting your matabolism. I would suggest either between white or green tea for major health effects. Also the Rooibos tea, which has an even high concentrate of antioxidants in it than the cammellia sinensis......lol.hella random. n i do have a life...=)
